The promotion tournament takes begins with North America on Saturday. CLG defend their position for the 2nd season in a row. Out of Style join them in defense, after just promoting to the RLCS last season. Allegiance want to return to RLCS after Out of Style demoted them last season. FlyQuest attempt to make their RLCS debut.
Sunday, exceL and Fnatic look to preserve their position in RLCS Similar to Allegiance, Team Secret seek a return to the Championship Series and Servette look to promote.
North America begins Saturday at twitch.tv/RocketLeague.
Psyonix dropped 2 posts on servers in the past week. The 1st discussed a decline in server performance introduced with the Tournaments Update. Affected servers were updated to alleviate the decline. In the 2nd post, Psyonix announced that they have added more servers to the European and North American regions.
The Aviators and Hurricanes face off Saturday for the crown of the 1st ever Champions League. The match marks the conclusion of the 6th season of MLD.
Play begins Saturday, May 5th, at 9PM ET on the MLD Network.
